Located in the heart of the historic centre, between Piazza Venezia and Via delle Botteghe Oscure, the Museum of Light hosts an evocative permanent exhibition in which light installations meet scientific and artistic inventions, creating a combination of technology, creative expression and visual perception.
The visit path, covering an area of 1,000 square metres and designed to be suitable for all ages, invites you on a fascinating journey to explore the phenomenon of light, between history and new technologies, from the birth of illumination to the most recent discoveries.
Surrounded by light installations, optical effects, scientific explorations, and annually new objects to arouse your curiosity, you will have the opportunity to draw with light, create a light installation and explore the secrets of the UV room in a 360° immersive experience, enriched by an explanatory and didactic apparatus and the numerous guides available.
