The third edition of I Convitati 2026 – Arte per i Diritti Umani (Guests 2026 – Art for Human Rights) returns, the graphic arts exhibition that transforms art into a gesture of remembrance and civic responsibility. Promoted by the APS "I Convitati" Association, the exhibition is open to the public from October 19 to 24, 2026, in the Conference Hall of the Waldensian Church in Piazza Cavour and represents a pilot project to spread a culture of human rights.
The exhibition - which unfolds through the exhibition itself and the Notebook-Reportage - presents 80 works; portraits of people currently imprisoned for their ideas or social commitment. The project, enhanced in this third edition by the new "Journalists" and "People" sections, aims to give visibility to those subjected to imprisonment, transforming the exhibition space into a symbol of encounter between prisoners, artists, and society. The Notebook-Reportage accompanies the works, briefly explaining their cases, ranging from intellectuals to Nobel Peace Prize winners like Narges Mohammadi.
The exhibition project aims to spread the culture of human rights in Italy and abroad, offering its expertise free of charge to support the development of similar initiatives.
The exhibition is sponsored by Amnesty International Italy, IDHAE (Human Rights Institute for European Lawyers), and FNSI (National Federation of the Italian Press).
