FareTurismo 2026

FareTurismo is the only national event entirely dedicated to education, employment and tourism policies, conceived and organised by Leader srl. Now in its 25th edition, it will take place from 17 to 19 March 2026 at the Università Europea di Roma, reaffirming its role as the leading event for Italy’s tourism sector.

At a time of profound transformation within Italian tourism, FareTurismo represents a strategic opportunity both for young people planning their professional future in this field and for operators and professionals wishing to update their skills and engage with the latest market developments.

The programme includes a wide range of initiatives:

• Guidance on post-secondary education pathways, including professionally oriented tertiary programmes, undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, as well as postgraduate qualifications (first- and second-level Master’s programmes), with the participation of ITS Academies, Universities and Business Schools.
• ​Presentation of emerging skills and new professional roles, with contributions from managers and representatives of the tourism industry.
• University guidance interviews, delivered by the psychologists of UEROrienta, as well as career guidance interviews.
• Recruitment and job-matching sessions, through selection interviews conducted by HR managers from tourism companies, particularly hotels, hotel chains and tour operators.
• Conferences and professional development seminars promoted by public bodies, trade organisations and professional associations.
• Institutional meetings bringing together Headteachers of Hospitality and Tourism Technical Institutes, Presidents of Degree Courses, Directors of Tourism Master’s programmes and Presidents of ITS Academies.
• An Exhibition Hall dedicated to showcasing academic and non-academic educational provision from Universities, Institutions, National Trade Organisations and Professional Associations, alongside recruitment agencies providing practical information on employment opportunities and the training pathways required to pursue a career in tourism.
