By 6 February 2024, tourism operators based in the Rome area, specialised in incoming activities and in the promotion of the city at an international level, may submit their expressions of interest to participate as co-exhibitors in the trade fairs in which Roma Capitale will take part between 5 March and 31 December 2024, with the aim of guaranteeing support for tourism businesses and improving the competitiveness of the territory.
On the basis of the expressions of interest that will be received, the Administration will draw up and approve the list of suitable tour operators. The actual co-exhibitors will be determined from time to time according to the chronological order of acquisition of the expressions of interest and, in any case, within the limits of the number of places actually available according to the size of the space purchased by the Administration.
The eventual presence at the fair as co-exhibitors of Roma Capitale at no charge - which in any event constitutes an indirect economic advantage granted on the basis of the "de minimis" regime (Reg. (EU) No. 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013) - allows the use of a stand within the event for B2B meetings with buyers, to be included in the exhibitors' catalogues and to distribute promotional material.
Applications for participation must be sent, using the PEC address protocollo.grandieventisportturismoemoda@pec.comune.roma.it, from 23/01/2024 to 6/02/2024.
