Managers of accommodation facilities that operated in 2024 may submit an application for the ‘Contributo Forfettario’ (flat-rate contribution) for the year 2024, which Roma Capitale has provided to cover the commissions paid to interbank companies for the collection of the tourist tax, using the new feature released in the GECOS application, which allows such applications to be submitted for each eligible accommodation facility covered by the legislation.
Applications for the flat-rate contribution must be submitted exclusively online by completing the appropriate form on the GECOS tourist tax management platform, in the reserved area of the portal www.comune.roma.it.

The deadline for submitting applications for the flat-rate contribution is 26 September 2025.
