Following the publication of a Public Notice, tourism operators based in the capital's territory, specialized in incoming activities and in the promotion of the city at an international level, have submitted their expression of interest to participate as co-exhibitors in the fairs in which Roma Capitale takes part between 28 April and 31 December 2025, with the aim of guaranteeing support to tourism businesses and improving the competitiveness of the territory.
Based on the expressions of interest received, the Administration has drawn up and approved the list of eligible tour operators. The actual co-exhibitors are determined from time to time according to the chronological order of acquisition of the event and, in any case, within the limits of the number of places actually available based on the size of the space purchased by the Administration.
Any presence at the fair as co-exhibitors of Roma Capitale free of charge (which in any case constitutes an indirect economic advantage granted under the “de minimis” regime (Reg. (EU) no. 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013) allows you to use a station within the event for B2B meetings with buyers, be included in the exhibitors’ catalogues and distribute promotional material.
Below you can consult the approval provisions and the provisional and definitive lists of admitted and excluded tour operators.
