The Teatro Ghione hosts one of the most famous and romantic ballets ever in the production conceived by Luigi Martelletta, a former first dancer at the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma.

The choreographer presents a more fluid and dynamic version - reducing stylistic elements such as pantomimes and mannerisms - focusing on a more realistic performance based on details and individual situations combined in ample and multiform collages. Martelletta's Swan Lake masterfully merges fantasy and reality, being contemporary and, at the same time, evoking a traditional atmosphere. 

Amidst iconic choreographic sequences - the Dance of the Little Swans, the Spanish Dance, Russian Dance, Neapolitan Dance, Hungarian Dance, pas de deux - a prestigious company, to the notes of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's evocative music, gives life to the love story between Princess Odette, transformed every day into a swan because of the spell cast by the perfidious wizard Rothbart, and Prince Siegfried, who falls in love with her and tries to save her by breaking the curse.
