On the occasion of the Jubilee 2025, Rome’s tourist reception has strengthened its network of services to respond even more extensively to the needs of tourists, cultural operators and pilgrims, and to enhance the city as a cultural, spiritual and inclusive destination. In addition to the Tourist Infopoints already present in the city center, at Roma Termini station and at the airports, two new Tourist Infopoints were inaugurated near the holy gates of St. Peter and St. Paul.
Since December, the Tourist Infopoint Auditorium Conciliazione has been open in Via della Conciliazione 4, just a few steps away from St. Peter’s Basilica. It will be open to the public until 31 December 2025 every day from 10 am to 6 pm. In addition to receiving useful information on the monuments and history of the city, itineraries, events and means of transport, visitors will be able to purchase the Roma Pass, a map of the city, ATAC tickets and tickets for the tourist buses, the Vatican Museums and the Circo Maximo Experience.
The latest addition is the Tourist Infopoint San Paolo, in Piazzale San Paolo, in an area that has been the subject of a major redevelopment project, the first phase of which was completed with the reopening of the square in front of the basilica. Open since 5 January, the Tourist Infopoint does not provide a sales and/or booking service, but visitors have the opportunity to receive useful information about the city every day, from 8.30 am to 6 pm, thanks to the multilingual staff.
