Pigiama Run 2024

The sixth edition of the Pigiama Run 2024, the run-walk in pajamas organized by the Lilt - the Italian League for the fight against cancer - to support children ill with cancer, is scheduled for September 20th. This year the sporting event becomes even bigger, expanding to a national level: the Pigiama Run is in fact held in over 40 Italian cities.

The meeting point is in Piazza di Siena (Villa Borghese) at 5.00 pm, for the distribution of race packs and bibs; while the run-walk starts, simultaneously throughout Italy, at 7.00 pm. On the same day, participants can choose between different routes, based on the travel time per km; the routes are dedicated to both running and walking. A village has been set up within the area where, before, during and after the event, there is musical entertainment, games for children, a refreshment area, awards for the cutest pajamas and interviews with participants.

The proceeds collected from race registrations and donations are entirely offered by Lilt to the Bambino Gesù Foundation for the project of welcoming and assisting children and their families.
