Service Quality Charter of Rome Municipal Council Tourist Information Service

The Tourist Information Service of Roma Capitale provides all the tourist information and cultural initiatives taking place in the city.
The Service consists of a set of tourist information points called Tourist Infopoints, the Call Center Tourism Culture and Entertainment 060608 and the sites www.060608.it and www.turismoroma.it.
 
Through the Service Quality Charter, tourists and citizens can learn about the type of services provided, how they are provided, access channels and quality standards.
