The Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone hosts the famous British singer-songwriter and musician, returning to Rome for an eagerly awaited concert of his Saving Grace project, with which he will perform in 11 Italian cities in October.
The legendary frontman of Led Zeppelin, a band he was part of until they broke up in 1980, accompanies the audience on an emotional musical journey through folk blues and spiritual melodies, performing songs inspired by his tastes and influences, such as classics by Doc Watson, Donovan, Moby Grape and Low, in an intimate and engaging atmosphere.
Plant takes the stage at the Sala Santa Cecilia together with the extraordinary singer Suzi Dian, Oli Jefferson (percussion), Tony Kelsey (mandolin, baritone and acoustic guitars) and Matt Worley (banjo, acoustic and baritone guitars, cuatro). The band surprisingly debuted in 2019 in a series of intimate atmosphere concerts in some small venues in England, Wales and Ireland, followed by three dates in the UK, presenting a repertoire of "music inspired by the dreamscape of Welsh marches".
