FareTurismo

FareTurismo is the only national appointment for those wishing to work in tourism – students, graduates, teachers, public and private tour operators, experts and insiders, trainers and journalists. Since 2004, it has been a place where institutions, organizations, professional associations, employment agencies, web agencies for recruiting and training guidance meet the demand for work, providing useful information on professional skills in demand, training courses and emerging skills, job outlets, the most common types of employment relationships, and career prospects.

The event is structured over three days and represents a valuable opportunity both for young people planning their professional future and for professionals wishing to update and compare notes. The program includes orientation on post-diploma training (ITS courses, three-year and master's degrees) and post-diploma training with the participation of ITS, universities and master’s schools; presentation of professional figures and new skills with the participation of managers from the tourism and catering industry; university orientation interviews (by UEROrienta psychologists) and job interviews; recruiting interviews with the human resources managers of tourism companies and recruiting days with the main tour operators for the selection of personnel in tourist villages and cruise ships; presentation of start-ups in tourism with the protagonists of young start-ups; refresher seminars and meetings with the presidents of degree courses in tourism, school directors of hotel management schools and technical institutes for tourism.
