Clic Bus is an innovative service that does not have a set route but adapts to the needs of users in order to optimise the transport network and costs.
Introduced on an experimental basis in September 2024 in the Massimina district, the service is provided with 9-seater cars (with provision for 1 wheelchair for persons with reduced mobility), on the road seven days a week, holidays included, from 5.30 a.m. to midnight. Since 6 May, the service has become permanent (at the cost of an ordinary BIT) and has extended its area of action by covering the territory served by lines 086 and 087, which were discontinued on 12 May.
To use the Clic Bus service, it is necessary to book the desired route (daily, from 5.30 a.m. to 11.30 p.m., for journeys to be made no earlier than 30 minutes from the time of the request and in any case within the following 24 hours), indicating the departure point, destination point and desired time. Reservations can be made via the ClicBus app (downloadable on iOS and Android devices) or the Call Centre at +39 3429509191.
