A Christmas Wonderland at Cinecittà World

Cinecittà World lights up the Christmas wonderland with Chinese illuminations and a great ice show

The fun theme park awaits you with Oriental World, a journey to the mysterious Orient with majestic Chinese illuminations, a Christmas Village, Santa's house, a Christmas market and 10 themed attractions. You can also let yourself be amazed by Christmas on Ice, the spectacular ice skating show in the new Palastudio and enjoy Italy's biggest New Year's Eve party.

Oriental World: the Chinese illuminations festival
The Festival of Chinese Illuminations is a journey of lights, grandiose architecture, exotic animals, myths and legends and a true Chinese food experience. 220 light installations, up to 8 metres high, draw a fairytale-like path through the Dragon Palace and Oriental Wonderland, featuring the legendary Chinese Dragon, an animated animatronic creature over 30 metres tall.

The Christmas Village
Tradition remains the protagonist in the cinema-like atmosphere of Christmas Street, in 1920s New York, where the atmospheric Christmas Village with Santa's house, the mouth-watering Christmas food and cake markets, the merriment of the Christmas Show and the Christmas Parade with its themed floats and characters.

With Gocce di Cinema you can watch the most iconic scenes from the cinema come to life on a giant water screen. On I-Fly, the virtual rollercoaster, you will fly with Santa Claus to deliver gifts around the world. In the show Incanto, dancer-acrobats will fly to scenes from Star Wars, Spiderman, Harry Potter and Frozen. Among the many events of the festive season is the 40th anniversary celebration of the Ninja Turtles.

Christmas On Ice: the ice skating show
Celebrations kick off on 8 December with the original Cinema Nativity. On 25 December, on the occasion of the official opening of the Jubilee, the Holy Mass will be celebrated, followed by the Christmas lunch and the debut of Christmas On Ice, an hour of pure magic with artists and performers of national and international level who will perform to the most beloved and evocative Christmas music.

Grand finale on 31 December with Italy's biggest New Year's Eve party: Cinecittà World will be transformed into a fun village with 40 attractions, dinners and suppers, concerts (Angelo Famao) and DJ sets, fireworks and entertainment from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. on 1 January 2025. This year the park will also host Amore 025 NYE Festival, a historic electronic music festival now in its 20th year.
