Italian Knowledge Leaders 2024

The Italian Knowledge Leaders is a project born in 2021 thanks to the will of Enit and Convention Bureau Italia, with the aim of involving and supporting the Italian academic community in its search for innovation, professionalism and culture, awarding Italian excellence in the field academic and scientific recognition as ambassadors of our country's intellectual capital. The goal is to encourage interconnections and collaborations between institutions, researchers and specialists from all over the world, to build a much more knowledge-focused society.

The event, which includes the participation of institutional figures, i.e. the Knowledge Leaders, elected Presidents of their associations thanks to their qualities and experiences, is structured around a series of talks and presentations that aim to enrich and strengthen the synergy between all the parties involved. It represents in fact a great opportunity for exchange and discussion for all participants, as well as a starting point for the promotion of Italy as a destination for associations. In this sense, a key element of this process are the academic conferences organized by international associations.

The Convention Bureau Italia, in partnership with ENIT (National Tourism Agency) and with the CRUI (Conference of Rectors of Italian Universities), cooperates with the Italian Knowledge Leaders to help in the application process for the promotion of Knowledge Destinations through the creation of tables of work that bring together Knowledge Leaders, universities, local convention bureaus and associations to increase Italian socio-cultural capital.
