
Las Estrellas debuts at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome in the Sala Santa Cecilia. The event, which takes place as part of the Season of the Musica per Roma Foundation with the artistic direction of Daniele Cipriani, has as its protagonists the Ballet Nacional de España, one of the most important Spanish dance companies and the most famous bailarines ("dancers"). and current bailaores (“flamenco dancers”). It is a unique gala, which celebrates centuries of folk dance traditions such as flamenco, recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO since 2010. An evening therefore where the rhythm of zapatos and castañuelas fills the stage with warmth and passion with its, colourful, powerful and engaging language.
Among the dancers on stage, the protagonists of the evening: the great Sergio Bernal, Jesús Carmona, Patricia Guerrero, Belén López, Ana Morales with the participation of the Ballet Nacional de España directed by Rubén Olmo; cantaores and tocaores, guitarra and percussion also perform together with them, including the singers Jose Luis Medina and Pedro Jiménez González, the musicians Sergio Gómez “El Colorao”, Carlos Jiménez and Rafael Jiménez “El Chispas” and many others always coming from the Iberian peninsula.
