Brignano brings to the stage the vices and virtues of Italians and today's world and dedicates the show to rediscovering, with the now rooted - but still formal - habit of being on first-name terms, the familiarity and depth in relating to people. The comedian eliminates distances with his direct way of speaking to the public about world problems and crises, technology, love, and personal and social relationships, giving laughter and good humour with his pungent irony.
Born in 1966, the actor, director and screenwriter graduated from Gigi Proietti's Scenic Exercises Laboratory and was one of the favourite students of the unforgettable performer, whom he joined in some theatrical successes such as A me gli occhi bis (1994 ), Per amore e per diletto (1995) and Mezzefigure (1996-97). The versatile showman achieved great public success in 1998 as the clumsy Giacinto with the Rai TV series Un medico in famiglia, the beginning of an unstoppable and extraordinary career.
