Three thousand years of history to browse and admire while walking, thanks to a single ticket for the Imperial Fora, the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill including admission to temporary exhibitions.
Conceived in 2019 thanks to the collaboration between the Ministry of Culture and the city of Rome and then temporarily suspended due to the health emergency, the ticket can be bought from Monday to Sunday, is valid for one day and a single access. It costs 16 euros (12 euros for MIC card holders) and brings visitors into the archaeological heart of Rome. By following the walkway on site, the visit path in the Imperial Fora has no architectural barriers: from the Forum of Trajan, visitors will pass under Via dei Fori Imperiali along the cellars of the ancient houses of the Alessandrino district and, after crossing the Forum of Caesar, reaching the Curia in the Roman Forum.
Access to the area is also possible from the Roman Forum: in this case the route ends at the Trajan’s Column ticket office in Piazza della Madonna di Loreto. At the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, the ticket includes a visit to the SUPER special sites: the House of Augustus (open from Tuesday to Sunday), the Temple of Romulus, the church of Santa Maria Antiqua with the Oratory of the Forty Martyrs and the Curia Iulia, the ancient seat of the Roman Senate (open on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays). Access to SUPER unique sites is limited: the precious paintings kept inside them can be affected by excessive crowding.
Tickets can be purchased at the Trajan’s Column ticket office or online, on the Colosseum Archaeological Park and Coopculture websites.
Starting from 18 October 2023, the nominative ticket has been introduced for all types of entrance tickets to the Parco archeologico del Colosseo.
When purchasing the Forum Pass Super ticket at the ticket offices, it will be necessary to enter the name of the user, whose identity must be verified upon presentation of an identification document.
The Parco reserves the right to carry out checks near the accesses.
