As part of the Jubilee Year 2025, the Jubilee for the Eastern Catholic Churches is being held in Rome from 12 to 14 May.This significant event offers the Bishops, Priests, Deacons, Monks and Nuns, as well as the faithful of Eastern rites present in Rome or coming there for the Jubilee, the opportunity to meet, pray together and witness the richness of their liturgical and spiritual traditions in unity with the Successor of St. Peter.The main event is the Pontifical Divine Liturgy, presided over by His Beatitude Sviatoslav Shevchuk, in concelebration with Bishops and Priests, in St. Peter's Basilica (Altar of the Cathedra) at 1:00 p.m. (Rome time).
It is also recalled that the Jubilee celebrations for the faithful of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church will be held in Rome on 28 June.
