The great event dedicated to food and wine excellence is back with a 21st edition hosted in the splendid setting of the Circus Maximus, one of the grandest works of Roman engineering and the largest building for entertainment in antiquity.
Seven days to enjoy a rich calendar of tastings, insights and initiatives aimed at wine enthusiasts and professionals, as well as the occasion for the public to try several wine labels.
On the programme, the traditional appointment with the Wine Top Tastings, guided by the leading Italian oenologists, presenting the most vocated terroirs and prestigious wineries in the country, Talks about quality, territory, sustainability and valorisation of production activities, and Masterclasses on what is considered the green gold of Italian production: extra virgin olive oil.
The prestigious event gives ample space to the union of flavours and wine-food combinations with the Temporary Restaurants of the best Capitoline restaurants and The Night Dinners, the exclusive dinners where starred chefs are ready to delight guests with their exquisite recipes paired with the many available labels and mixology.
