ITsART: the virtual stage of Italian art and beauty is online

ITsART
depuis 8 Juin 2021 à 31 Décembre 2021

“Italy is art”: it is the concept behind the ITsART project, the new platform born from the partnership between Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Chili - promoted by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism - which celebrates culture, arts, and Italian creativity.

ITsART is a virtual journey in museums, theatres, academies, libraries, archaeological areas, and iconic places of the country to fully experience the Italian cultural heritage: art, music, history, cinema, dance, theatre, and culture − in live streaming and on-demand. The catalogue ranges from the most famous artists to new talents, including exclusive events and unreleased proposals involving Rome.

The rich schedule is divided into three sections - il Palco (the Stage); i Luoghi (the Places); le Storie (the Stories) − with paid and free contents, available in multiple languages.
Il Palco, with over 250 initial contents, is dedicated to the performing arts − including events such as "In questa storia che è la mia", the concert performed by Claudio Baglioni from Teatro dell'Opera di Roma; the Santa Cecilia Orchestra in two concerts conducted by Sir Antonio Pappano, and, from 2 July, COSMOCONCEARTH, the jazz concert by Sainkho Namtchylak and Gavino Murgia at the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rome; i Luoghi, over 200 contents to travel through the Italian landscape, with unpublished content from the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art and Parco Archeologico del Colosseo; le Storie, a tribute to the great cinema with Award Winning Films, interviews and documentaries, the great Italian Cinema, the New Talents, the Stories of Italy, and the Italian Documentary.

Enjoyable from PCs, smartphones, tablets, and apps on Smart TVs in Italy and the United Kingdom, ITsART will later be available also from other countries.
