The splendid Piazza del Popolo is the setting of the fourth stage of the touring Italian sports and educational initiative, which is back in its 21st edition after two years.
With the motto "It's time to leave!", four extraordinary athletes tour Italy, stopping in the squares of ten cities to spend a day dedicated to sport with primary school children. Alongside the little protagonists are Adriano Panatta, considered the best Italian tennis player of all time; Martin Castrogiovanni, a world rugby icon; Francesco Graziani, world champion at the 1982 World Cup; Andrea Lucchetta, player of the Italian national team strongest volley ever.
Lots of fun, discipline, healthy competition, team play and union: these are the positive values linked to sport at the center of the event promoted by Banca Generali, which, also in this edition, sees the collaboration with the Italian Paralympic Committee, present with disabled children of regional non-profit organizations.
It is a winning formula turning the iconic Roman square, and some of the most beautiful Italian squares, into an outdoor gym where children can meet the champions, play tennis, volleyball, football and exercise, followed by the best Italian professionals.
