The Argentine Meat Festival returns to Rome at the City of Other Economy of the former Slaughterhouse (Mattatoio) of Testaccio, to celebrate this delicious dish cooked by the best Argentine Asadores of Casa De Campo. These real "artisans of the trade" welcome visitors for the four days of the festival, also enriched by musical accompaniment.
The area has 27 square meters of grills and barbecues ready to cook whole cuts of meat for more than 5 hours at a distance of 20 centimeters from the hot coals; the dishes are also accompanied by seasonal vegetables and flavored sauces prepared on the occasion of the Festival that make the flavor of the meat special.
Visitors can thus taste the best cuts such as Asado, Entrana, Costillar, Lomo, Cuadril, prepared by these chefs who travel around Italy to make their meat but also culture and traditions known and appreciated of their country. In fact, this food, in addition to being an excellent source of easily digestible and assimilable iron by both adults and children, is excellent thanks to the uniqueness of the system of the bovine breeds originating from the Pampas, made up of free pastures within the vast Argentine plains and natural food.
At the disposal of customers and visitors there is also a car park in the Festival area and its surroundings and over 500 outdoor seats with spaced and sanitized tables before and after use.
