The 100 bus is the new line, served by electric minibuses, to facilitate people getting around the city centre and reaching the shopping streets, running from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 8 pm.

The buses, with a single terminus in Porta Pinciana, travels along a circular route that includes: via Ludovisi, via Veneto, via del Tritone, via Due Macelli, via della Mercede, via delle Convertite, via dei Prefetti, via Monte Brianzo, via Vittoria Colonna , piazza Cavour, via Cicerone, largo Fontanella Borghese, via del Corso, largo Chigi, via del Tritone, via Veneto, via di Porta Pinciana.

The zero-emission service enhances the public transport offer in a "green" version in the heart of the Capital, thanks to this last line added to the two already operating: the 119, running in the Trident -  with a terminus in Piazza Venezia, and the 117 - from Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano to Largo Chigi.
